Our Process
We believe that a disciplined long term perspective combined with the flexibility to execute tactical adjustments will result in long term financial success. Chatham’s wealth management process has been honed to its present structure from our decades of institutional asset management experience.

Forward Looking  >  Dynamic  >  Process Oriented

Our wealth and asset management process involves multiple layers of analysis, research, and coordination.  In its base form it involves five key elements:

In contrast with Chatham's process, traditional portfolio design and asset allocation is largely static - based entirely on historical return and volatility characteristics. Chatham's work with each client delivers a dynamic and tactical portfolio that reflects the firms proprietary outlook and analysis for returns, volatility, and correlations among asset classes.
